Who we are.
Decorated Ex-IDF officers who founded the Israeli pre-army leadership academies. Believers that youth are the power that drive change in the world. Encouragers of social responsibility, with a purpose of giving teenagers tools that turn them into better people in all areas of life.

The Jewish nation’s vitality has always been drawn from many sources, where Jews everywhere contribute. Jewish self-actualization requires the whole body of the Jewish People – in Israel and abroad – to join in the mission of creating a national life whose center is in Israel.
Ex-IDF officers.
Israel’s army is known to be one of the best millitaries in the world; in part due to the high morale, and leadership skills that lie in its foundation. After successfully integrating these very same techniques in organized programs for youth in Israel, we’ve established this curriculum in the U.S.
High-tech and startup experts.
Our content and program was co-designed and developed by some of the most well-known startup CEO’s, and high-tech’s distinguished minds. More than their own contributions, they understand the viable role youth play in the advancement of Jewish destiny.
What We Do.
We make leaders
We teach high school students how to become their best selves by developing leaderships skills and deep understanding of Jewish principals and social responsibility. Based on methods taught in Israel's elite IDF units and academies, our curriculum produces confident and independent individuals who seek an active role in their society. We believe that Zionist Youth Movements are- and have always been- the engine of change in the Jewish World.
And build communities
The leaders we cultivate develop a network of people from all ages, who empower one another in making their community stronger and better through volunteer work and special initiatives. We take the very same foundational ideology that built the State of Israel, and apply it to transforming youth’s relationship with their Jewish values and identity.
