We offer three programs, which create a continuous process of influence, where young participants evolve into mentors. Our curriculum forms a lasting effect by carrying participants from 4th grade all the way to students and Young Professionals.

Bi monthly meetings that build a cache of experiences, study, and tools which can give the young leaders a unique skill set. With the guidance they acquire from these skills, they’ll be able to execute their own initiatives and visions, giving them the assertiveness in their capabilities and a responsibility to make it their own. In the Summer, the teens will be flown to Israel to participate in a powerful trip that will culminate their year in applying what they’ve learned.

Subjects learned : Creative thinking, accelerating projects, teamwork, public speaking, project management, startup processes, evaluation and team leadership.

Practice : Teens chosen to participate in the program will commit to be managing partners in the movement through a variety of roles: councilors, project managers, volunteering initiators, and more.

A network of Jewish and Zionist activists that get together to help each other develop Zionist thought and dialog, while mentoring teen leaders and kids with their expertise in activism. The physical space of the center becomes a work hub and magnet for influence and giving back  to the community through volunteering and special events.

Practice: Through mentoring, the students and YP’s help younger children create self development projects, and actively become an inspiring older “sibling”.
